 The Body Scan Meditation is one of The Narrative Body's go-to tools for drawing awareness to sensations of the body, becoming aware of nonverbal habits, and shifting yourself into the present moment.  You'll be guided to pay attention to parts of the body and notice how they are feeling at that moment. Use this Body Scan Meditation to calm nerves and anxiety before a meeting/presentation or as a mindfulness and stress-relieving tool at the beginning or end of your day.
